Howdy from St. Louis!

I know Mom will be looking to see if I've posted since I'm out of town, so HI MOM!
Es mi sugundo viaje a St. Louis. The first time I was here was to choose the hotel for this conference. I guess my colleague and I did a good job, because we hear lots of compliments about the venue. The conference is also going well. I had to make an unexpected purchase while here, though. My shoes self-destructed. I only brought one pair, and the heel on the left one totally ripped in half. My feel hurt so much from continuing to walk around in them. Ouch-a-mundo. Not what I thought I'd be getting for a souvenir...
